Pues mira, es muy fácil, lo que pasa es que la primera vez igual tienes que volver a ver el video porque se te puede olvidar la secuencia, pero en cuanto la cojes es chupado. Recuerda no estirar los ramales, que la masa tenga poca humedad, enharinar bien e ir despacio. La trenza queda muy bonita. Y que no te sobrefermente, da mucha rabia que se pierda el trenzado en el horno. Hay que tener varias cosas en cuenta: que no sobrefermenten, que no aprietes la trenza al formarla, que los ramales estén ligeramente enharinados.
